The Sacred Session
90 minutes £90
A personalised space to pause, breathe, and listen inward. Each session is shaped intuitively using a blend of meditation, subtle energy work, spiritual guidance and grounding.
Best for: Spiritual first steps, emotional overwhelm, needing time out to re-centre.
Seasonal Soul Support
A 3 session journey over 6-12 weeks £270
Meet with me regularly through a life season, supported by sacred rhythm and soulful care. Together we explore what’s stirring or shifting - grief, clarity, burnout, trust - with time to reflect, recalibrate and integrate.
Best for: gentle spiritual deepening, navigating change and times of transition
Includes:
3 x 75-90 minute sessions
Light check in support (email or voice note)
Optional seasonal ritual or personalised home practice
Your Personal retreat day
A private half day immersion to reconnect with yourself £270
Step away from the noise and drop into presence.
This is a spacious day to be deeply held and re-aligned - whether you are at a threshold, feeling lost, or simply in need of deep rest.
Includes:
3.5-4 hour bespoke retreat session
Meditation, energy work, yoga, holistic therapy such as reiki, therapeutic massage, soul dialouge, ritual or ceremony - any of these can be included when we connect to create the retreat. We can discuss what speaks to you as being supportive for you.
Light lunch or snacks / refreshments and integration space
Optional seasonal ritual or personalised home practice
Follow up check in and reflection

The Sacred and Soul Support sessions can take place online via Zoom or in person in Hertfordshire (usually Harpenden or St Albans)
Please note that a 50% non- refundable deposit is required upon time of booking and 48 hours notice is required of cancellation or rearrangement of appointment.
